April showers are supposed to bring May flowers according to the saying. So what did May bring to June? The grass is greener and the weather is even nicer. I know some of us would prefer the cool spring weather but, warm weather here we come. Look around, people are a little happier to be able to get out and do more. But we all need to remember to be careful. Be mindful of other people. Be caution and be safe. Get active get outside and get some fresh air. Help your kids burn some of their pent up energy. Start a challenge with your kids. Do something different. Have a picnic outside in your backyard. Take a few minutes away from the electronics. Connect with your kids and the outdoors. If you’re like me and you have allergies take your meds first, then enjoy outside time. Plant some flowers or vegetables and watch them grow. Gardening is a stress reliever for me. I enjoy being outside even if it come with some extra sneezes. I have strawberry plants growing and we enjoy watching them grow. Find out what your kids want to grow and have fun.
